Precinct Overview
The office buildings within the propella.office app are grouped together into Precincts. These Precincts are defined areas within the major CBD zones of the cities that are (or will be) supported by propella.office. The Precinct boundaries leverage those defined by the Property Council of Australia (Property Council of Australia - OMR Boundary Maps), to provide consistency within the industry.
Precincts also define how this software service is priced. Customers can subscribe to one or many Precincts, based on which areas and buildings they wish to analyse. Once subscribed to, the Precincts are available to be selected from the menu drop-down, or by clicking on the Precinct polygons on the Workbench map (all Precincts that are not available to the customer have a lock symbol overlaid).
