Service Retail

Retail Analytics Overview:

The propella.office score allows users to compare accessibility of commercial office buildings to specific amenity types within a 7-minute walking catchment around the building. This score rates a building's access to amenity by comparing its accessibility measurement to a reference collection of buildings in a comparison sample - this is a technique called normative analysis. The resulting scores are a percentile ranking, ranging between 0.0 and 10.0. For example, if a building has a propella.score of 7.5, the building is in the top 25% of sampled buildings (100% - 10 x 7.5).

propella.office's amenity scoring is stratified across two super categories, Retail & Public Amenity. The two super categories are measured across many different grouped "Amenity scores" (eg. General Retail). These Amenity scores aggregate and measure associated collections of amenities.
